All Access Home Care LLC was founded by professionals with 15+ years of combined Human Services experience. We’re a Minnesota DHS-enrolled Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) provider agency, dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities and older adults live safely and independently in their own homes.
Every client is paired with a dedicated Qualified Professional (QP) who builds and oversees their care plan — not a call center, a real person who knows your case from day one.
